Our Centre Managers are responsible for the overall management, development and performance of their centre, including programs, activities and services. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Centre Mangers, with the support of other key management staff, ensure employees and resources are effectively managed to meet business targets.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, our Assistant Centre Managers assist in the completion and delivery of all administrative requirements within the centre and help to meet business targets by effectively managing employees and resources.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the centre and its lanes, our Facilities Managers report to the Centre Manager and Regional Facilities Manager. Facilities Managers are responsible for maintaining front-of-house areas, the general appearance of the centre and ensuring that the procedures conducted within the centre comply with company policies and OHS guidelines.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Café Managers report to both their Centre Manager and Regional Café Manager and are responsible for the overall management, development and performance of the food and beverage division of their centre. Our Café Managers ensure staff and resources are managed effectively to meet business targets and are responsible for margin control through the implementation of effective, efficient cost strategies.
The Head Office of AMF Bowling brings experienced, timely support to the all our centres. Head Office divisions include marketing, operations, human resources, training, finance, information services and development. Nationally, our operations team provides hands-on support to Regional and Centre Managers. Opportunities exist at Head Office for existing employees, as well as external candidates.
